Mindfulness and the Vagus Nerve in Application

On this course we will be learning about & practicing mindfulness techniques that enable us and those we work with, to access the Vagus nerve. We will be looking at the impact the vagus nerve has on our nervous system and how this applies specifically to anxiety & depression. This is very suitable as a personal tool for anyone living with anxiety, depression and/or trauma related issues. It is also invaluable to Counsellors and those in the helping professions to support with emotional resilience.
A daylong workshop held at Mill Lane studios, Barnstaple - Town Centre a 5 minute walk away.
